AO-03 Oxygen sensor
Product Summary:
The AO-03 oxygen sensor is a type of sensor that measures oxygen concentration based on electrochemical principles. It adopts a molded body design and features fast response speed, accuracy and reliability. The AO-03 oxygen sensor is small in size, easy to carry, assemble and replace, and has a higher cost performance compared with sensors of the same type.
◼ 1-25% Vol.O2 linear output
◼ No external power supply is required when working
◼ Plug and play
◼ Quick response
◼ Accurate and reliable
Product Description:
The AO-03 oxygen sensor is widely used in fields such as coal mines, steel, petrochemicals, and air monitoring. For instance, it is installed on oxygen alarms, air quality detectors, and commercial air purifiers in mining areas. The data provided in this document was measured at 20°C, 50% RH and 1013 mbar and is valid for 3 months from the date of sensor manufacturing. Please strictly follow the instructions for operating the oxygen analyzer and replacing the oxygen sensor.
Usage requirements:
1. Storage and Usage
The AO-03 design is suitable for operation in various environments and harsh conditions, but it is still necessary to avoid exposure to high concentrations of solvent vapors during storage, installation and operation.
When using sensors with printed circuit boards (PCBS), a degreaser should be applied before installing the sensors. Don't do it directly.
Stick it on or near the shell, as the solvent may cause the plastic to crack.
2. Cross-sensitivity:
Toxic gases at TLV levels do not affect the cross-sensitivity of the sensor. At very high levels (i.e., percentage levels), highly oxidizing gases (such as ozone and chlorine) can interfere with the extent of their oxygen equivalent, but most other common gases have no effect.
3. Acidic gas:
Acidic gases (such as CO2 and SO2) will be absorbed by the electrolyte, which will lead to an increase in the oxygen flux reaching the electrode, approximately 0.3% more oxygen signal for every 1% of CO2. AO-03 is not suitable for continuous operation when the CO2 concentration is higher than 25%.
