Product Description:
The AO-02 oxygen sensor is designed for use in various instruments related to oxygen testing, such as vehicle exhaust gas detection instruments, waste gas environmental protection detection instruments, and oxygen index testing instruments, etc. This application is limited to system monitoring only. The data provided in this document was measured at 20°C, 50% RH and 1013 mBar and is valid for 3 months from the date of sensor manufacturing. Please strictly follow the instructions for operating the oxygen analyzer and replacing the oxygen sensor.
Installation and Usage:
1. Installation requirements:
When installing the sensor, it can only be tightened by hand and ensure an airtight seal. Do not use wrenches or similar mechanical auxiliary tools, as excessive force may damage the sensor thread.
2. Storage and Use:
The AO-02 design is suitable for operation in various environments and harsh conditions, but it is still necessary to avoid exposure to high concentrations of solvent vapors during storage, installation and operation.
When using sensors with printed circuit boards (PCBS), a degreaser should be applied before installing the sensors. Do not stick it directly on or near the shell, as the solvent may cause the plastic to crack.
3. Cleaning:
In case of contamination, the sensor can be cleaned with distilled water and allowed to dry naturally. This sensor is not suitable for steam sterilization Or exposure to chemicals such as ethylene oxide or hydrogen peroxide.
