SS466A Bipolar latch Hall IC High Action Point Motor Control Detection

 

Features:

SS400 series and SS500 series of lock-in position sensor integrated circuits are single-pole digital Hall effect sensor integrated circuits with low, medium and high magnetic field strengths. Flat TO-92 style, SOT-89B package. The digital current sink output SS400 series sensor integrated circuit is a small general-purpose digital Hall effect sensor. It operates by the magnetic field provided by a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, and is used to respond to the alternating north and south magnetic poles or only to the south magnetic pole. Bipolar latch magnets and unipolar magnets are available for selection.

 

The bandgap adjustment function helps ensure stable operation within the power supply voltage range of 3.8Vdc to 30Vdc. These sensors can achieve a continuous current output of 20 mA and can cycle at a current of up to 50 mA. Its ability to operate at 3.8V voltage can be used in many potential low-voltage applications.

 

The digital open-circuit collector current sink output can be easily connected and used with various electronic circuits.

 

To provide reliable products and maintain consistent quality, the SS400 series has been tested at both 25°C [75°F] and 125°C [257°F]. All the catalogue products in this series can operate at a temperature of 150°C [302°F].

 

For the sake of design flexibility, the following pins and packaging options are provided:
