SS543GT SS543AT digital Hall effect position sensor IC, single-pole, medium Gaussian, SOT-89B, pocket roll tape, 1000 pieces per roll.
The honeywell SS543AT digital Hall effect position sensor IC is a small, multi-functional digital Hall effect device operated by the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, designed to respond to the alternating North and South Poles or only to the South Pole. They have bipolar, latched or unipolar magnetic properties. The on-board voltage regulator can operate stably within the power supply voltage range of 3.8Vdc to 30Vdc. These sensors can continuously provide an absorption output of 20 mA and can be recycled up to 50 mA at most. The 3.8V function allows for use in many potential low-voltage applications. The digital open-collector absorption type output can be easily connected to various electronic circuits. All directory lists can operate at temperatures up to 150°C [302°F].
