Product Description:
G4-C2H2 Infrared Acetylene Gas Sensor NDIR Concentration Measurement
Features:
G4 infrared gas sensor is an intelligent miniature gas sensor designed based on the NDIR principle. It measures the concentration of gases by utilizing their absorption characteristics of specific infrared spectra. It has no dependence on oxygen and does not suffer from the poisoning phenomenon of catalytic sensors. It has a long lifespan, high accuracy, and stable performance. This sensor has two signal output interfaces: analog and digital. It can directly output the gas concentration value signals after linearization processing and temperature compensation, making it more convenient to use. Purpose
The G4 infrared gas sensor can measure gases such as methane, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon combustibles, with a range up to 100% VOL.
This sensor complies with the requirements of "GB 15322 Flammable Gas Detector", "AQ 6211-2008 Non-dispersive Infrared Methane Sensor for Coal Mines" and "AQ 1052-2008 General Technical Conditions for Mine Carbon Dioxide Sensors", and can be used in hazardous environments such as industrial plants, traffic tunnels, energy, power, petroleum and petrochemical industries, coal mine tunnels, gas extraction, and more industrial environments for health and safety monitoring.
Working conditions of the G4 infrared gas sensor:
Operating temperature ------ (-40 to +70)℃;
Operating humidity ------ Up to 98% RH, no condensation;
Atmospheric pressure ------ 80 to 120 kPa; Characteristics
• High resolution, with a resolution of 0.01% for the 0-10% Vol range, and 0.1% for the 10%-100% Vol range.
• The measurement range can reach 0-100% VOL.
• Linear and temperature compensation data output.
• Digital and analog signal output modes.
• Working temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃.
• Long-term stability, easy calibration.
• No "poisoning" phenomenon of catalytic sensors.
• No oxygen dependence.
• Intrinsically safe explosion-proof.
