Used for detecting carbon dioxide within the ppm and % volume range
The Dynament infrared sensor uses the NDIR principle to monitor the presence of the target gas. This sensor contains a long-life tungsten filament infrared light source,
an optical cavity for the gas diffusion,
a dual-temperature compensated thermoelectric infrared detector, an integrating semiconductor temperature sensor and electronic equipment to process the signals from the thermoelectric device.
A dual-gas version is available, designed to detect both hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide. The 20mm diameter packaging is for the carbon dioxide sensor, and the dual sensors can be used with digital communication.
Dynament carbon dioxide sensor MSH-P/CO2 Characteristics:
· Provides 3 power supply variants, 80mA, 15mA and 8mA
Industrial ExdIC certification and mining M1 certification can be used for all variants
· SIL1 certification can be used for most variants
Measuring carbon dioxide from 0 to 10,000 ppm, with a resolution of 10 ppm
Measuring carbon dioxide from 0 to 100% v01. The resolution is as low as 0.01%
Compared with earlier versions, the response time is shortened
· Selection of output format: digital output (floating point and binary), direct pellistor replacement or industry standard 0.4 to 2 volts
