TVOC: Direct detection of various volatile organic gases (formaldehyde, benzene, alcohol, etc.), reflecting the comprehensive pollution level.

eCO₂: Non-direct measurement of CO₂, but converting VOC response into equivalent carbon dioxide concentration for risk control.

MEMS micro-heating: Maintains a working temperature of approximately 300°C to ensure stability and anti-interference.
