Features:

I. Basic Overview
O2I-Flex-092 is a dedicated driver and transmitter circuit board for SST zirconia (ZrO2) oxygen probes. It is responsible for heating and powering the oxygen probe, collecting the weak signals from the zirconia battery, performing signal amplification and calculation, and converting them into industrial standard analog/digital signals. It is compatible with all SST zirconia oxygen probes (O2S-FR-T2/T6, OXY-Flex high-temperature probe rod), and cannot be used alone without a corresponding probe.
II. Electrical Parameters
Power Supply: DC24V ± 10%, maximum working current 600mA (including probe heating power consumption)
Three Outputs (optional simultaneously)
4-20mA: Load 100-600Ω, analog range linearly corresponds to oxygen concentration
0-10VDC: Minimum load ≥ 10kΩ, industrial PLC direct acquisition voltage signal
RS232 Digital: 9600 serial port, 0.01% O2 high-precision numerical output, RS232 can be customized with range
Temperature and humidity conditions: Working -10℃ to +70℃; Storage -10℃ to +70℃; Air pressure compatible with 1-1000mbar (built-in air pressure compensation)

2 0.1% - 100% VOL O2 (high-purity oxygen, inert protective gas); RS232 can be customized with any segmented range

Response T90: High-speed probe < 4s; Standard probe < 15s; Overall preheating and stabilization 5-10min
Calibration method: Built-in button calibration, external terminal trigger calibration, remote calibration via RS232 from the host computer; Single-point calibration with 20.7% O2 air is sufficient, no need for calibration gas tank
