S11156-2048-02 CCD Linear Image Sensor Back Illuminated With Electronic Shutter
The S11156-2048-02 is a back-illuminated CCD linear image sensor with built-in electronic shutter for spectrometers. The image sensor uses a resistive gate structure for high-speed transmission. The pixel length meets the requirements of spectrometers, but the image delay is low during readout. The image delay is reduced by nearly 10 orders of magnitude compared to the previous generation (S11156-2048-01). It should be noted that the transmittance at long wavelengths in the dead layer covering the horizontal shift register is reduced compared to the previous generation.
