Features:

Basic Positioning
RAK4630 is a stamp-style SMT surface mount dual-mode module, with an internal nRF52840 (BLE5.0 main control) + SX1262 LoRa radio;
RAK4631 is a finished board with a base, and the core chip is RAK4630. The hardware cores of the two are exactly the same, only the packaging / base are different. RAKwireles... .
The default pre-installed RUI3 AT firmware supports serial port/Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to send AT commands, without the need for complex compilation and development.
