Principle and characteristics
Strain gauge type MEMS silicon shear stress sensor, diaphragm deformation changes the resistance of the bridge, output voltage proportional to pressure difference.
No internal temperature compensation / calibration, requires external circuit compensation, convenient for customizing accuracy and temperature drift.
Ratiometric output: Output is scaled proportionally when power supply changes, suitable for 3.3 V/5 V systems. Main purpose
Medical: Ventilator airway pressure, negative pressure drainage, monitor pressure difference detection.
Industrial: Ventilation and air conditioning air volume / pressure difference, leakage detection, process control, pneumatic system.

Selection and usage tips
Without compensation, an external temperature compensation and signal conditioning are required. A 16-bit ADC can improve the resolution.
The dual ports need to be correctly connected for pressure. Avoid abnormal measurement caused by reverse pressure difference.
Select 3.3 V or 5 V according to the system power supply. Calibrate the zero point / full scale according to the range and accuracy requirements.
