The FS4000 gas mass flow sensor adopts the advanced micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor technology and intelligent electronic control technology. It is a product specifically developed for general gas flow monitoring. This sensor can directly measure the mass flow of gases with low pressure loss. It is suitable for monitoring the flow of purified air or nitrogen, as well as carbon dioxide. It can also be used in environmental samplers (such as chromatography analysis instruments, etc.)
FS4003 gas mass flow sensor, with a pipe inner diameter of 3mm, has a low cost and a measurement range up to 5 SLPM; it is suitable for particle counters and various analytical instruments.
FS4008 flow sensor, with a pipe inner diameter of 8mm, has a measurement range up to 50 SLPM; it can be used in anesthesia equipment and clean gas detection, such as air sampling machines and gas analyzers, etc.

The output method is flexible. It can either actively upload data through the communication interface or query and output data from the upper computer. Additionally, it can also output linear analog voltage through the analog interface.
