FS4003 & 4008 Mass Flow Sensors - Description of Mass Flow Sensors and Controllers

The FS4000 mass flow sensor is manufactured using Siargo's proprietary MEMS flow sensor and packaging technology. The product's reliability and outstanding performance are suitable for the target applications. The sensors are installed in pipes with diameters of 3mm and 8mm, with maximum flow rates of 5 slpm and 50 slpm respectively. Due to Siargo's unique MEMS sensor chip structure, special packaging technology, and sturdy sensor housing, the maximum overpressure rating can reach 5 bar (73 psi). The flow channel diameter of FS4003 is 3mm, and it adopts a low-pressure loss configuration, capable of measuring gas flow up to 5 SLPM. Applications include leak detection, particle counters, and analytical instruments. FS4008 is packaged in a flow channel with a diameter of 8mm, capable of measuring gas flow up to 50 SLPM. It can be used for gas flow measurement and control equipment. The application scope includes electronic flow meters for anesthesia equipment, gas flow monitoring in clean rooms, air samplers, and gas analyzers.
