II. Working Principle

Uses MEMS thermal microbridge technology:

Chip includes an insulated heating resistor + upstream and downstream temperature sensing resistors;

Air flow removes heat, and the temperature difference between upstream and downstream is proportional to the mass flow rate;

ASIC chip completes temperature compensation, linearization, digitization, and outputs I2C signal;

Directly measures mass flow rate, unaffected by temperature / pressure fluctuations.
