III. Working Principle
Using MEMS thermal microbridge technology:
The chip has an insulated heating resistor + upstream and downstream temperature sensors;
The airflow removes heat, and the temperature difference between upstream and downstream is proportional to the mass flow rate;
The ASIC chip completes temperature compensation, linearization, digitization, and outputs I2C signals;
Direct measurement of mass flow rate, unaffected by temperature / pressure fluctuations.
