Features:

SM9000 series is a low-pressure digital calibration compensation MEMS pressure sensor with a pressure range as low as 125 Pa, and it adopts the JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package.

 

 

The SM9000 series offers a pressure range as low as 125 Pa and features a 16-bit I2C digital interface.

 

 

This type of low-pressure sensor can be used in gauge pressure and differential pressure configurations. It adopts the JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package and can be installed vertically or horizontally. The total error range after board installation and system-level automatic zeroing is less than 1%FS. The preheating behavior and long-term stability further confirm its expected performance during the service life of the parts.

 

 

Integrating the pressure sensor with the signal adjustment ASIC into a single package simplifies the use of silicon micromachining pressure sensors. This pressure sensor can be directly installed on a standard printed circuit board and can obtain calibration pressure signals from a digital interface. This eliminates the need for additional circuits, such as compensation networks or microcontrollers that contain custom correction algorithms.
