The SM9541 series is a digital low-voltage MEMS sensor series that offers advanced pressure sensor technology and CMOS mixed-signal processing technology to generate digital, fully regulated, multi-level pressure and temperature compensated JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package dual vertical sensor transplantation options. It has two types of pressure configurations: compound instrument and differential. With dual ports, vacuum range measurement can minimize the impact of environmental pressure.

Combining the pressure sensor with the signal regulation ASIC in a single package simplifies the use of pressure sensors in advanced silicon micromachining. Pressure sensors can be directly installed on standard printed circuit boards, and high-level calibration pressure can obtain signals from digital interfaces. This eliminates the need for additional circuits, such as compensation networks or microcontrollers containing custom correction algorithms.
