The XGZP131 pressure sensor is applicable to fields such as consumer electronics and automotive electronics. Its core component is a device processed using MEMS technology
The silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip. This pressure-sensitive chip consists of an elastic membrane and four resistors integrated on the membrane, namely four pressure-sensitive resistors
The Wheatstone bridge structure was formed. When pressure was applied to the elastic membrane, the bridge would generate a voltage that was linearly proportional to the applied pressure
