Product Introduction:
APR5852 series is a temperature - compensated silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor. It is equipped with a dedicated ASIC chip and a silicon microstructure pressure sensor chip, and has a pin - type connector. It adopts a dual - in - line package structure, which can be directly mounted on a standard PCB board, facilitating integration and replacement.
Working Principle:
Based on the piezoresistive effect principle of semiconductor materials (monocrystalline silicon), that is, using the integrated circuit process to directly fabricate diffused piezoresistive resistors on the silicon diaphragm according to a certain crystal orientation. When the silicon diaphragm is under pressure, the deformation of the diaphragm will change the resistance value of the diffused resistors.
Application Scenarios:
